ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products sold on Armadillo Studios are custom-made to order and are considered personalized products.  All sales are final.  We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind, sizing issues, or design preferences.

Damages in Transit  If your item arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@armadillostudios.org with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.  Armadillo Studios makes no guarantees regarding outcomes of such investigations.

No Returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges  Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. For a different size or design, a new order must be placed.

European Union Customers  Our custom printed products are considered personalized items exempt from the 14-day return period under EU consumer law.  Thank you.
