SHIPPING POLICY Last Updated: March 5, 2026 Processing Time All products sold by Armadillo Studios are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected: • United States: 3-7 business days • International: 7-21 business days Please note that these are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing (for international orders), and other factors outside our control. Shipping Carriers We work with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers depending on your location and the products ordered. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress. Shipping Delays Armadillo Studios is not responsible for shipping delays caused by: • Carrier delays or service disruptions • Customs processing or international shipping delays • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer • Weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control • Holidays or peak shipping periods Risk of Loss All items purchased from Armadillo Studios are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been sent to production. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@armadillostudios.org. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@armadillostudios.org within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any relevant photos.
